You and Tom have been best friends for what seems like forever. You grew up with each other and seeing him grow up from a boy to a man has made you fall in love with him more and more. 

In the years you have grown too. Maybe without you realizing it but Tom has seen you turn from a shy girl to a beautiful woman. 

You haven’t told anyone about your feelings because you think that Tom wouldn’t date you for the world and you can’t risk losing your friendship with him.

Tom feels like he’s not good enough for you and he hasn’t told anyone either even his twin brother Bill. Anyhow Bill can sense that something is going on between you too - he caught you exchanging gazes few times. 

One day you get a text from Tom that says:

‘Meet me in the park in an hour.’  Without putting it to second thought you leave half hour later to meet Tom there. What happened is that Bill convinced Tom to try talking to you about feelings. When you get to the park you see Tom sitting on a bench playing with Scotty.

‘Hey,what was the emergency?’ You ask looking at him. He has a worried look on his face.

’__________ I need to talk to you.’ he says with a serious look on his face that makes your heart race. Scared of what he might want to say you sit down next to him and look at the dog. ‘__________ I really like you. Even more than that. I love you. I loved you ever since we were children. I didn’t act upon those feelings because I always thought you deserve someone better than me.’ he says and you look at him shocked. For a second there you think you’re dreaming. You reach out to grab his hand and smile.

‘Tom I’ve loved you ever since we were children and you’re the most important person in my life for me.’ you say and blush a bit. He smiles really big and leans down to kiss you. It’s a kiss full of emotions that makes your heart race in your chest.
